Orders are processed on the day they are received and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow 6-10 business days for the shipment of your order.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Shipping for all orders is a flat shipping rate of $5.95. Orders of at least one case will be shipped free or charge. A case is defined as an order quantity of twelve for any one item.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is always our top priority. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise to us, even if the packaging has been opened. This must be within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price or exchange. If the return is a result of our error, or defective, we will pay the return shipping costs, otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A refund or exchange will be made within one week, after we have received the returned merchandise. If a credit or debit card was used for purchase, then the refund must be made on that same credit or debit account number. Notification will be made by email once this transaction is complete.
